Hello! Apologises for these charges. Without them, the number of lessons rescheduled last minute, or people just not showing up grew to nearly 1 in 5 lessons.

Changes more than 24 hours in advance.

For almost every change, please use the online booking system. If you do so more than 24 hours in advance of the lesson start time, there is never a charge.

Don’t worry – it’s really simple to make changes. Just remember to always login first.

For permanent changes to your regular schedule, please get in touch via email or phone.

Changes less than 24 hours in advance & No-Shows.

Changes made less than 24 hours before a lesson start time, or if you do not cancel a lesson before it is due to start, or No-Show, there is a 100% charge.

If you are over 20 minutes late without giving any notice, the lesson will be classed as a No-Show and cancelled, and charged at full price.

Going To Be Late?

If you are going to be late to a lesson, no problem – just get in touch. Please be informed that due to the scheduling of other lessons, yours will still end at the pre-arranged time.
